The atmosphere was: I really enjoyed Annette. Such a quick wit! Also loved the other attendees. A VERY nice and funny group of ladies.
Complexity of the recipes: MUCH easier than I thought. The finished sauces looked and tasted complex, but I know I can re-create them easily and with items I usually have on hand anyway.. EXACTLY what I was looking for :-)
The food was: AMAZING. I am excited to re-create these dishes. They were restaurant quality IMO. I found them impressive.
The skills you learned were: I never knew what "reduce" meant, I also never knew what browned butter was supposed to look like. Also, the quick leaf removal trick with the knife (love!). I also liked how Annette felt comfortable adding a dab of this or that because thats how I'd like to cook.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Can't wait to come bakc for more classes. Annette, you're awesome.
