Complexity of the recipes: Looking at the recipes I would have said they were complex but doing them together with the class and the Chef made them so much simpler to reproduce alone at home.

The food was: Yummy, delic.

The instructor was: Chef Annette's culinary skills are combined with great humor and "musical tourettes" to create a fun comfortable learning situation.

Complexity of the recipes: Chef Annette's "hands on" approach during class gives me the practice I need to bring the culinary skills home.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Chef Annette takes the angst out of the kitchen and makes it a playground.
