The instructor was: Despite being a little late, chef Manny jumped right in and made class more interesting. Chef Annette was very nice to stay and taught us a few tricks.

Complexity of the recipes: I will certainly try all of the recipes again once I can get to a specialty market.

The food was: great, yummy, and easy recipes.

The skills you learned were: I will appreciate the sushi chefs more now.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was nice that we were able to share alcoholic beverages with each other.

Complexity of the recipes: The rice will be the most complicated thing to make and everything else is store bought!
