The instructor was: Chef Annette has a fabulous, fun and fresh personality which breaks the ice for the students and gets everyone off to a comfortable start right out of the gate!
The atmosphere was: Never a dull moment, and the interactive style of the classroom kept each student busy with their own task and everyone involved on the project at hand.
Complexity of the recipes: My husband is a good cook, so the recipes were of average complexity for him. I'm a terrible cook and found them to be complex. It depends on your skill set in the kitchen.
The food was: Dishes were fantastic.
The skills you learned were: I walked away with several more skills than I walked in with, and the same for my husband who is an experienced cook. We both were enlightened to know more about key ingredients to buy when making Thai food. We feel confident now in choosing the right ingredients when planning to cook Thai!
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The entire group got to know each other, shared stories, drank wine and were dining together by the end of the class. What a fantastic night out - it was social, educational, delicious and unforgettable!
