The instructor was: Chef Annette always reassures if something goes askew -- very useful to know to sweat and what not to sweat in the kitchen.
Complexity of the recipes: I felt like I could easily make every recipe we prepared -- It's great to have a few more appetizer ideas under my belt !!
The food was: Wonderful variety of recipes - all excellent!
