Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Annette is always entertainingly informative. Complexity of the recipes: Can't wait to make the phylo wrapped brie. The food was: Loved the shrimp - ued the recipe with scallops last evening and everyone loved it.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Chef Annette always reassures if something goes askew -- very useful to know to sweat and what not to sweat in the kitchen. Complexity of the recipes: I felt like I could easily make every recipe we prepared -- It's great to have a few more appetizer ideas under my belt !! The food was: Wonderful variety of recipes - all excellent! The skills you learned were: I always learn something new in these classes (don't zest past the yellow!)
