Overall it was a great experience. I learn a lot. The only thing I can think of is have stations set up and have people rotate to different stations. That way everyone gets a chance to do just about everything. I dont know how doable that is though. |

It would be helpful to have pictures of the major steps of the dishes we cooked. The class was fun. |

Once or twice the class felt a little disorganized - mostly at the start of class. The length of the class seemed just about perfect. I was happy with the amount of food. |

Additional comments and observations
This was my first cooking class anywhere. I expected a 'formal' experience with only a little food. Thankfully this was not the case. Really liked the atmosphere, and there was plenty of food. |
