I cannot think of anything, the class was informational, fun, easy learning, and I had a great time

Thank you Scott for all the great tips and the personal attention given as needed to me. I had so much fun and am going to practice those hand skills.

Maybe exact directions could be given on your web site. It seems the actual address was 3365 but where I needed to turn in was at Charter Bank 3401. It would have saved a lot of confusion for those of us from out of town

Timing & Organization may be improved (let the students do more things, take less time to explain the basics at the beginning of the class and doing it in the kitchen directly, lot of things to do in a very short period of time)

Great overall experience, Good & easy recipes well adjusted with the theme of the class, the way Scott shared with us his passion was an big thing for us it made the class more interesting than ever, it was nice to finished the class by eating together
