More individual cooking and leftovers. Make sure the instructor knows how to operate the equipment. More complex, interesting, novel recipes. Not waiting until 9 to eat.
Write a quick feedback Love chef Lauren but the class was a little scattered and the recipes were good but nothing that someone with a food processor and google couldn't make.
