Would have been easier to cook take home pie at home. At least give participants the option to choose. Otherwise great class, left learning exactly what I came for.

Will definitely attend more classes and recommend to friends.

I really enjoyed this class a lot. I left feeling really good and confident about my ability to make a pie. And an afternoon spent munching on apples coated in cinnamon and butter is a winner in my book.

I could stay longer but you need to work out the class length to stay in the time planned. For someone with a place to go, it would be disappointing to have to leave. Also, I live close so returning isn't a big deal but for someone far away, would be a problem. The other thing to work on is to make sure every station has all the tools needed. Since I was on the end, I didn't have the pastry cutter, a paring knife, a wooden spoon, or measuring sppons. One more thing is that maybe you should have a tub of some of the intgrdients on the bench to share. Having us go to your flour bin to take things out is a bit chancy, I think or same with the lard. I think our spoon we used for the lard had flour on it. But can you guarantee we all had dry, clean hands and tools in the flour -- not sure how much it matters but thought I'd bring it up.

I did really enjoy the class. While I've baked pies, before, wanted to learn the technique, here, and really enjoyed doing this in a group.

I don't expect a site to be perfect. I'm giving what I've noticed as I have a small business with a web-site, too, and like to hear comments. I don't act on them all but just like an overall view. I didn't have crashes or an real problems with the site, which I do think is important. In talking to Scott, found he had had a blog. I can't remember if I knew that from the web-site. Either it wasn't prominent or I just forgot if I did see it, there, but it could be an important tool to help bring people to this site, maybe just double-check that it's really prominent (as I'm too lazy to do that, myself, to tell you for sure).
