The menu was very aggressive, thus I did not have a hands-on experience and we, as a group, did not cook much, but watched the chefs cook. It would be better if it was a bit less aggressive and more hands on.

Because of the prep times, this wasn't as "hands on" as some. I like to be more involved.

I enjoy learning technique. I found the class very useful. Sally, who doesn't cook as much, enjoyed the entire experience. It was good for her to be exposed to a learning environment where lots of people were on equal footing.

Additional comments and observations
Though the food wasn't going to be Kosher, it might have been a little better if all of the foods prepared were designed for Passover use. The majority were, but not all.

I thought you did a great job. Maybe more hands on but I realize it wasn't possible for last night.

I would have for sale all the useful tools you used for preparing the recipes. Had they been available I would have bought them. Also a print out of classes would be nice.
