I think it was an added bonus that our class was so small. I loved how hands on it was along with the taste testing in the kitchen. The only small Negative was that we ran out of time and the recipe I was most interested in I didn't get to cook. It was worth it to have a laid back atmosphere though.

We chose cajun because it was not our normal menu. I would love to see other atypical cuisine, such as indian.
