Rachel is so knowledgeable, has such an outgoing personality, and makes classes a fun time for learning new skills. This was my daughter's first cooking class and she totally loved the experience. We'll both use the skills learned (and the yummy recipes!), just as I am still using knife skills I learned in a previous class with Rachel. |
