I had a lot of fun at the class and learned a lot! The only suggestion I have is for the layout of the recipes. A numbered list (i.e. 1. Dice onions. 2. Peel and dice parsnips...) would be much more helpful than the current paragraph format, especially when cooking with other people and referring back to the recipe often. Breaking down the steps would have been easier to stay on track and split up tasks! |
