It's time to get your Willy Wonka on! Chocolatier and renowed chocolate expert Ruth Kenninson will take you through a chocolate tasting, then have you tempering using the Tabling, Seeding and Direct methods. You will be dipping, pouring and spreading the tempered chocolate into a variety of custom confections. Each student will leave with an impressive array of handmade chocolates.

This four-day series includes pie tins, farmers market-fresh ingredients and all the pie knowledge you can get your hands on (just in time to start training for the Pie Contest)!

Grab your clipboard, hard hat and whisk- we're going to teach your teen how to start their own baking business! This 5-day series is designed to teach your 12-16 year old how to bake, decorate, cost ingredients and market their product. Each day will include a mini Business of Food session, a Q & A with local pastry chefs and a binder filled with a lifetime of great recipes.
