We were told our class was a small one (6 people). We felt lucky. There was an opportunity to get to know everyone while cooking and eating that added to the enjoyment and intimacy of the evening. I don't know if you have the space to make them all that size.

Different ways of cooking fish;
Having an entire Paleo menu;
Making Thai food
