Brandy was very good and her class was fun. She was good at making us all get involved in the preparation and drawing us out.

I would have loved to have been able to purchase a cookbook, an apron, cutting board, shirt or something to remind me of my terrific stay.

Italian, pasta and sauce making. Soups and classic comfort foods with a spin.

Brandy Allen was great. My daughter and I took 2 classes with her and enjoyed them very much. I am already planning my next visit with my husband and will seek out any class she may be instructing.

We had a BLAST. Brandi was awesome. I had little confidence and experience in the kitchen, but after class, I am excited to cook at home! I learned a lot, was relaxed. This was the highlight of our trip. THANK YOU!

Perhaps a welcome appetizer and wine to start off. We were all very hungry.

We would love to do most, but my next choice would be Farmer's Market.
