The price is out of our price range, but we loved the class and the food was superb.
What foods, menu items, other culinary classes or tours are you interested in?
Your other dinner options look good, as well as the brunch and crepe classes. A grilling class in the late spring/early summer would be great.

The food was superb, but Chef Anthony Spine was terrific. He was very personable, his instructions were very clear, he was very encouraging, and a very knowledgeable & talented chef. He has the perfect personality for was this type of class. He is really a gem. His assistant Brandy, was also very good, she was friendly and worked quietly and efficiently without attracting a lot of attention to herself.

Slow down. It was overwhelming to cook a five course meal all at once bouncing from one idea to the next.
