Brandy offered us an opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and gain knowledge about the foods we were cooking. The instructor was well organized, fun to work with and knowledgeable.
What foods, menu items, other culinary classes or tours are you interested in?
Italian menu, I think you have a great schedule of different classes/ variety offered now!

I finally learned some new knife techniques and can't wait to use them at home.

How can we improve your experience for your next visit?
It would be nice to have had Brandy join us in eating the meal. I know they are responsible for the clean up, but perhaps we could all partake in the whole thing.
What foods, menu items, other culinary classes or tours are you interested in?
We would have liked to have taken the Pasta Making class. I'd live a class that just focuses on vegetables, or grains, or desserts, but honestly- the entire dinner meal class was the best!
