My husband and I had a great time - it would be hard to improve on the format. And Chef Anthony was absolutely fantastic - can't say enough good things about him!

Exotic cuisines - Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, African - things more off the beaten path!

Chef Anthony was very informative and humorous. He did a great job interacting with everyone and providing guidance and support. Absolutely loved this class and we are so looking forward to making these dishes at home. Thank you for the aprons! We will be back!

It would be nice to include a list of terminology in the take home packet. For example, the definitions of French terms and other culinary specific terms.

While I understand your desire to feature local ingredients, we would also be interested in learning to cook international cuisine, especially popular ethnic food like Thai or South American cuisine for example. This may be a biased opinion because we enjoy eating these styles of food, but definitely something that we would be interested in.

Chef Anthony did a fantastic job teaching the class. We especially enjoyed the technical aspects such as learning about tempering eggs for the creme brulee, the monte de bur for the red wine shallot sauce, and the proper techniques for searing the steaks. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely take another class in the future. This is our second visit to the Essex and we absolutely love it here.
