Chef Brandy Allan was great. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. While I do know how to cook at a basic level I learned a lot, knife skills, working with fresh herbs and different kitchen tools. I felt very comfortable working with Brandy. I can't wait to try the skills and recipe on my own. Having the experience and instruction has giving me the confidence that the meal will be just as delightful when I make it at home as it was at the Essex though the ingredients may not be as fresh. I've already purchased a hand blender and will be making the dinner for my brother and his girlfriend very soon. Thanks Brandy and the Essex Resort. I can wait to do this again.
