My husband & I really enjoyed the class. Chef Anthony is the perfect instructor. He taught us a few new techniques (It would be difficult to teach me a lot as I have attended cooking schools around the world) and was easy going if your skills were not totally accurate. We will return next year, & would love to attend another class of his.

We would enjoy any menu. Ethic menus are fun. We would like to learn more about Oriental, or Greek cuisine .

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at The Essex. The Junction was a wonderful gourmet experience. We are fortunate to have traveled a lot & to have dined at some of the best restaurants. I compliment you on the menu and the cuisine we experienced at the Junction. It was very impressive.

Some baking and deserts would be fun and I have not seen many over several years of coming.

Anthoony is a superb teacher andchef. I look forward to other classes taught by him.

We have attended many classes and have had fantastic experiences every time! The one piece that I miss every time is finishing the meat (chicken, steak) in the oven. Because you need to 'cook until done', there isn't a set time, so I don't have the confidence to repeat that part--perhaps more insight to tell when it is done? Maybe we could come to oven to see/feel when it's not done and done?

Another appetizer class (I missed it), desserts? Parent/child class

Anthony was great, as usual. He gives us Lots of great prepping and cooking tips, shares fun stories, and has a very positive and calm way of teaching! We always enjoy our evening in the kitchen with him!

Anthony was awesome! Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, funny and good at creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. He made the class great!

Yummy healthy recipes

Healthy food, vegetarian food, and food made with Vermont ingredients/produce.

Can't wait to come back for another class.

Italian night, Spanish night, and Bistro classics all interest me.

We enjoyed the classes very much. We also took the Indian cooking class. The instructor, Brandy, was great. She was interesting, helpful & funny both nights. We also enjoyed working with her sous chefs - Brandy (#2) & Anthony. Anthony was also great during cheese class - lots of helpful hints.

Maybe give out some chef hats as well. My boyfriend loved them :-)
