It would be helpful if the skill levels were designated for the class. Also, I had no idea the amount of may that was on the menu. Some ingredient list would help make class decisions more informed.

Brandi was phenomenal. The format of the class was fun and collaborative and allowed us to make friends with out cookin partners while cooking/eating a fantastic meal!!!

Anthony was fun & encouraging. This is our third class at The Academy & we are always pleased with the ease of interaction with other class members. We arrive strangers & leave as friends having just enjoyed an amazing dinner at the same table.

Wellness, vegan stuff that's quick...few ingredients that are complementary foods with amazing health benefits that kids and adults will LOVE to eat!
