What foods, menu items, other culinary classes or tours are you interested in?
Took the maple syrup and wine tour. The provided lunch was excellent. No suggestions for changes... Wine tour guide suggested food pairings for the different wines, which is always helpful. We talked about different culinary uses for maple syrup also, which was interesting.

Fabulous tour!!! Would go again and would recommend to others. History of Vermont was very interesting also. There were obviously very old buildings that we passed. Would love to hear more about those, if possible.

Greg was an enthusiastic, knowledgable, and gracious tour guide! His friendly and easy manner made our morning with him very enjoyable.
We first visited a maple sugarhouse, where Greg explained the sugaring process and provided some free time for us to purchase some maple goodies. We then visited a winery where we partook in a tasting and lunch, then again were allowed free time to make purchases.
A lovely morning that I would certainly recommend! Greg is an excellent guide, host, and ambassador for Vermont!
