I cannot think of a thing. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Actually, one thing is this: It would be nice if the chef could sit and enjoy dinner with her students.

Everything! Actually, I'd like a knife skills class and a class that includes the proper way to sear meat. My husband would like a "shortcut" dessert class--for instance, catalan cream is a shortcut to cream brulee.

Brandy was an excellent teacher and host. She quickly assessed our cooking strengths and weaknesses, and played to the strengths while showing us new techniques (sush as using a blow torch on catalan cream). She explained everything clearly, and told us lots of interesting facts about the ingredients we were working with. If she is sick and tired of goobers who can't stop talking about Top Chef and throw around phrases such as "mis en place," she sure didn't show it!

It was fabulous and Brandy was great... I loved that the recipes were not fussy and very doable at home.

South of France style, and again easy to use at home.

I really enjoyed myself and had a positive experience.

Anthony was a great teacher; he had a lot of personality but wasn't over the top. He kept a fun/relaxing atmosphere while teaching us new skills. It was great to try new recipes that we would not otherwise have tried at home.

We will definitley be back. Chef Brandy was amazing. We plan of arranging our schedule around when she is teaching. But we are sure the other chefs are great too.

I would like to take the knife skills class at some point.

This was a birthday gift for my wife - instead of going out to dinner we decided to sign-up for a cooking class. This was our first cooking class and a great experience. Chef Brandy was very personable, knowledgable and helpful. We will definitely sign-up for another class in the future.

Include more than one glass of wine with the price.
