The Instructor (Chef) was?: Eric and Jean Pierre were both entertaining and informative . Would appreciate Eric focussing on the regions and vinters from the wine we drank as opposed to broad overview of Italian wine which is totally too broad to cover in this type class. would have liked more info on the fabul;ous food from jean Pierre

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Could have poured a tad more wine for the tasting.... Would you come back: Very nice. Fab shrimp /crostini.....decadent dessert Great dessert wine , a nice find.
