Would you come back: Since due to family circumstances this was the first year I had to prepare 100% of Thanksgiving dinner myself, I thought I'd make it more interesting by learning a new recipe or two. WOW! Out the window with the family green bean casserole! The whole meal came out amazing and the family came back Friday and Saturday for leftovers. The class was fun and although I went alone, I felt part of the group. Chef JP even made sure I got to my car OK since I parked in a dark corner of the lot. Who could ask for more?

The atmosphere was: it was a very good mix and chef knows just how to balance the entertainment

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: everything was fantastic and as they say ' the cheescake was the icing on the cake '......the best cheesecake

The Skills that you learn were: very, very useful. I'll be approaching my gravy and stuffing in a whole new way.

Would you come back: I love each and every class. I learn new tecniques and great recipes every time.

Because of my learning style, I could benefit from a hands-on approach. I realize though that the chef has to be sensitive to the different learning styles. He also has to give a lot of information in a short amount of time. If you offer classes that are hands-on, I would be interested in returning

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Hi skill in adding humor to the presentation was great! It is a nice element to add in a classroom.

The atmosphere was: It was a little too crowded and a little uncomfortable eating at our chairs

Complexity of the information provided: The information was helpful, but sometime it was difficult to understand the chef's enunciation so I walked away with doubts in regards to name brands he mentioin or names of utensils he mentioned

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I saw wine on the countertop, but I'm not sure if I was suppose to help myself, so I played it safe and drank water. I might have missed the invitatioin to it at the beginning of the class, but it was never made clear who could have access to the wine

Would you come back: I am open to coming back but only if it is a smaller class

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre connects very easily with everyone in the class.

The atmosphere was: A great setting to learn more about where and what to buy in Ft. Lauderdale

The Skills that you learn were: Great recipes and tips for how to prepare ahead, freeze and reheat.

Would you come back: We have been coming for over 3 years and have never had a negative experience.

i got a gift certificate for chef jean-pierre's cooking school for my birthday and i chose the thanxgiving class... what a Great Gift and what a Wonderful evening :-)!! chef jean-pierre is So Funny, Knowledgeable, and Entertaining - he really knows his stuff and it is clear that he really enjoys what he does which makes the evening fly by... and then it's Very Exciting when his Wonderful staff passes out the silverware because you know something Delicious (and Beautifully served) is coming your way :-)!!

The Skills that you learn were: i am So Happy to have some new Treats to serve my family this thanxgiving!! i am So going to be the Hero :-)!!

Please email the receipe for the salmon cake/chocolate mouse evening in which we attended 4 weeks ago. I think my Christmas meals will be extra special and hopefully even more tasty this year. Wonderful soup and the onions fantastic. Great idea for the turkey glaze and the carving intro.

The atmosphere was: I would love to sell you a new floor where your store area is...I will show it to you sometime if you have an interest. I am in the flooring business.

The Skills that you learn were: I love the basics that you throw in as rules to cook by, like if you ad balsamic,etc.

It's obvious that Jean Pierre, Jonathan and David worked extremely hard to give us all a perfect evening-- fun, educational and relaxing, with a perfectly delicious dinner and dessert to end it with. Thank you all!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always, the chef is funny, upbeat, informative and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

The Skills that you learn were: Very, very informative. Lots of useful and helpful tidbits of information, and the best part was learning that everything (except the Turkey) can be prepared weeks or days AHEAD OF TIME!! How liberating!

The classes just keep getting better and better.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I really learned a lot of cooking tips from this class in particular. I always do, but this one was extremely good for tips.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The dishes were really good. In particular the squash soup was superb. I had eaten this kind of soup before, but Chef Jean-Pierre went way past his normal good food with this one. It was pure poetry. The gravy taught me what gravy should really taste like.

Originally, I did not know what to expect. When I saw the classroom seating style, I thought the class was going to be boring. However, the Chef was so entertaining that we all had a wonderful time laughing and eating together!

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes appear to be relatively easy to make, however, I'm sure that is just because the Chef is so good at what he does! The real test is when I try it at home.
