The Instructor (Chef) was?: Made me feel like we'd known each other for years. Very down to earth and funny. He must have been in diapers at Left Bank!
The atmosphere was: Too much background talking by some guests. Chef and Chris made the atmoshere fun.
Complexity of the information provided: There wasn't anything I would not be afraid to try on my own. Some were very easy, some more complex.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I loved everything. Soup was my favorite and I don't like cumin. I've nevere done cranberries from scratch but will now but with less mint. They best gravy I've ever had.
The Skills that you learn were: I learned a few new tricks but the skills I'll practise the most was gravy making and turkey carving. I was glad nothing was too complicated.
