I enjoy two Thanksgiving classes each year. It allows me to celebrate one of my favorite holidays with the food I enjoy without listening to my fussy grandchildren complaining about what they will and will not eat. Thank you for a delicious holiday meal as always.

for the novice the chef fully explains how to carve the turkey up in the correct and easy way. Instructions are easy to follow on all recipes.

I bought my boyfriend and I a ticket as a surprise to him because we both love to cook, and are always watching cooking shows on TV. It was a 3 and a half hour drive to the school, so I was really hoping it would be worth it and that we'd both have fun. Everything was absolutely perfect and more than either of us ever could have expected! We couldn't stop talking about the class the whole way back - about how funny it was, how great the food was, and how much we LOVED the chef! We can't wait to steal away for another night and come back to learn a new menu! Without hesitation, we will both return to the school and this time we'll bring some wine and lots of friends! Thank you once again for the amazing time Chef Jean-Pierre! He is truly the funniest, most creative, talented, and best chef there is. You simply must go to his class!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: We could barely stop laughing and smiling the whole time!

The atmosphere was: Everything was very inviting and warm. The chef and his 2 helpers were always kind and ready to help with anything! Everyone was having a great time relaxing and watching the chef prepare a wonderful feast!

Complexity of the information provided: Some of the recipes seemed like they'd be too difficult, but the way the chef explained and prepared everything for us showed me that I can cook these things too! His explanations were very helpful and I can't wait to prepare the dishes for myself.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Thanksgiving will never be the same! Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!

The Skills that you learn were: I can't wait to cook for my family and friends. They will all appreciate the recipes as much as I do!
