As a francophile, I soaked in the wonderful and enlightening information about each wine or champagne of France and the regions from which they come. The food pairings by Chef Jean Pierre and his sous chef were perfect and delicious. There were flavors on the menu I would not normally choose like brie and hazelnut, but even those dishes were superb. This is an experience not to be missed by any lover of food and wine.

The Seminar is always very good. However, this time it felt like there was some time pressure and it was somewhar rushed.

Eric Hemer conducted a fantastic class. He is a wealth of information about wine and about France and we thoroughly enjoyed his presentation, his wit, and his pleasant personality and style. I look forward to another one of his wine classes soon. As far as the wines, they were all delightful and the pairings were out of this world...especially the champagne and the molten chocolate and nutella cake! Delish!
