I would prefer a 7PM start but otherwise this is a very enjoyable experience that I plan to continue coming back for.

The evening was fabulous! It was the first time my husband and our soon to be in-laws ever attended an event at the school. (Their daughter is marrying our son, June 7th.) We were so impressed with the culinary treats Chef Jean Pierre prepared for us. The selected courses paired so beautifully with the selection of Italian wines presented by Master Sommelier, Eric Hemer. It was a wonderful evening of palatal delights! Thank you to ALL who were involved in making last night a very special occasion. We'll be back.

I AM NOT A STRONG WINE DRINKER AND THE CLASS INTRODUCED ME TO MORE KNOWLEDGE AND WHAT MAKES A BETTER WINE. THE FOOD WAS PHENOMINAL.

Everything was at it's best. The only improvement would be if you opened a school,shop and dining experience in Aventura where we live.

As always Chef Jean-Pierre and his crew hosted a spectacular evening! Erie, the Sommelier, is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Will definitely come back soon!
