The atmosphere was: I loved the intimate setting of the class - perfect for learning!

Would you come back: Lovely class, uncomplicated menu rich in flavour. Chef was very generous with the truffles. The best part was the knowledge gained from the 'little tips' that come from someone so experienced and that a lay person would not typically be privileged to!

Complexity of the information provided: I didn't even read it yet...But last nights (minus having truffles,) menu looked very learn-able.
