As an educator myself, I found people talking while the instructor was speaking completely rude. I would recommend that he stops speaking until they are done with their disruptive conversation so that the rest of the group can here him.

Nothing, the food & wine are always great and we learn something new every time.

These wine classes are a bargain! You get too learn stuff about the wine & wine regions AND then get the best chef's tasting menu with wine pairings anywhere around. At a restaurant you would easily pay $150 & up per person for this minus the wine info (& Chef JP's humor!).
