Cancellation Policy
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class.
Treat your paid class reservation as you would theater tickets!
No cancellation will be accepted if made within 48 hours of class but you may send a friend in your place. We do appreciate knowing so we can make our name tags.
Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
In many cases, we have refused someone a seat because it was reserved for you.
To avoid 15 minutes of bookkeeping before each class, payment must be made when you book your reservation. There are a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason and in that event, you will receive a full refund.
Important Information:
*Each class includes generous samples of all foods prepared; some classes will include a meal. Complimentary soft drinks, coffee and tea are provided.
*Advanced registration and payment are required for all classes and events.
