Take a trip to the Geneva Lakes Farmers Market and support our local farmers. 

Join us on Thursday afternoons as we walk down to the local Farmers Market for fresh meats, treats, vegetables, and fruits before heading back to the kitchen and using our fresh finds to make a three course luncheon!

Enjoy a Sparkling Mimosa Reception with Cinnamon Beignets as Chef introduces himself and goes over the afternoons menu inspired by what's available at the Farmers Market and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the three-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the staff.

During this fun and entertaining lunch class, you drop of your child and they will learn how to cook with others, food preparation and food nutrition.

The first day will center around more Breakfast and Lunch items and then the second day will feature more lunch to Dinner dishes.

This is a two-day series "drop off" hands-on cooking class from 11am to 2 pm.
