MY LIFE IN FRANCE WITH JULIA CHILD
 

Join us as we celebrate the recipes and cuisine of Julia Child and honor her memoir, My Life in France

Julia's goal was to make all home chef's feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen, and we aim to do the same!

Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with Parmigiano Popovers as Chef introduces himself and goes over some of Julia Child's favorite recipes and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the staff.

Once this "hands-on" class is complete, we will do as Julia did; take off our aprons and enjoy our meal!

As Julia would say, "Bon Appetit"!

Open to children between the ages of 4 and 18, this class is exciting and educational for everyone.  Moms and Dads can drop off the kids and enjoy Holiday shopping in Lake Geneva.


In this “hands-on class”, kids will be able to learn the importance of proper nutrition while enjoying a well balanced Holiday themed meal.  After everyone is done cooking, we will sit down for a family style lunch where the children will learn and discuss 12 Basic Table Manners for Kids.  It’s a great way for children to make new friends and explore a new activity in a fun, controlled environment where we don’t mind a mess!

Friday, December 28th, 2018 at 12:00pm to 3:00pm AND

This class must be purchased as a 2 day series at $95 per child.
