The Instructor (Chef) was?: As usual, Jean-Pierre is very friendly and funny!

The atmosphere was: It was a small class so we could interact even more with the chef.

Complexity of the information provided: It's so easy to do, you just have to learn once!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I could eat some of that cheesecake everyday

The Skills that you learn were: We especially enjoyed how to make our own breadcrumbs!

Would you come back: As always, this class was a GREAT moment to spend with chef Jean-Pierre. Learned how to cook, had some delicious food and a lot of fun... what a great evening spent!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I love the fact that you now have a shop where I can get hard to find items without running around to various stores and food markets!

The atmosphere was: The school/staff was great. Other guests were a bit obnoxious but that could not be controled.

Complexity of the information provided: Shockingly so for what appeared complex dishes.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Fabulous!

The Skills that you learn were: I got a few gems out of the class even though I'm an avid cook.
