Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Ricky Piper is just the best. Book early when you see him on the schedule.

The atmosphere was: Just a great class. Guest Chef Ricky Piper of Casa D'Angelo is really personable and it's clear that he and Chef Jean Pierre admire each other. Lots of laughter and insights. One of the best classes I've been to.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: What's not to like about Blood Orange infused Olive Oil and Fennel Vinegar salad dressing? All of the ingredients were simply superb. Scallops the size of hockey pucks, the freshest swordfish and Chilean sea bass.

Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre and Ricky are a comedic team who teach not only how to make luscious dishes, but also how fun it can be to produce them at home.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Sea Bass ragout was phenomenal! I'd put the olive temponade on oatmeal!Swordfish was delish.

The Skills that you learn were: Since all the kids attended the class also, it should make our next family "pot luck" more like a throw down! Everyone learned some information they can use, and all are anxious to try the gnocchi.
