The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean was very light and kept everything interesting.

The atmosphere was: everyone was enjoying themselves. Wine helped a little.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: noow, if I can cook those dishes and have them come out 1/2 the way his did, I'll be extremly happy.
