Complexity of the information provided: It was a bit difficult going back and forth between the different recipes for each course, but I enjoyed it all the same.

We did not eat until 9pm! I ate something before we got there but I was starving by 9pm. However I was full by the end of the class and very satisfied. One time JP made an appetizer for everyone at the very beginning and that was great - his famous spinch dip - something like that at the beginning might be nice. Maybe an amuse bouche?

The Instructor (Chef) was?: JP was very "on" last night and was cracking jokes all night. This is one just one of the reasons I keep coming back!

The atmosphere was: About half the group was having a lot of fun and the other half were more serious. The serious people should definitely drink more wine!

Complexity of the information provided: I would not say any of these recipes were "easy" but the instructions handed out were very clear and easy to follow.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We brought our own wine and wine to share and it was great! A lot of other peoplel brought bottles to share too which was nice.

The Skills that you learn were: I ALWAYS learn something new at JP's classes - every single time. He explains the chemistry of cooking too which I very much appreciate.

Would you come back: I always enjoy coming back when I can and I tell everyone I know to take his classes. I brought a newbie last night and he wants to come back.

Time ran out and Chef Jean-Pierre did not show the class how to bake the last cheesecake.

all food a bit rich, but delicious. as always, wonderful. it was my husband's first time. he loved it. we'll be back.
