Complexity of the information provided: Chef always makes everything look so easy and explains it so even the most novice cook can duplicate it at home. He's the best!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre was not only skillful and informative, but also quite funny, engaging, and entertaining. I never found myself bored in any way.

Complexity of the information provided: The food was absolutely delicious without requiring complex skills or ingredients. In fact, the Chef taught were to find excellent and very inexpensive ingredients, that I may not have been able to find myself.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We loved every dish and are very excited about replicating them at home!

Wished the class had ended a little bit earlier than 10:15 as would have enjoyed "shopping" in your store. Since we drove from Boynton Beach, we were tired and headed back home instead.

Thank you, Iím learning everything I need to. I already know how to read a recipe now I'm learning the techniques on using the ingredients properly. I also canít wait to buy out your store with all the easy to use chefís tools.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I will never have to go to another Thai resturant again and waste my time and money, Ill make thai Fresh, and Freeze the rest for those nights I don't want to cook.. Quick and easy and taste the same. Love it.....

The Skills that you learn were: I eat blueberries before I go to class because I was told that Blueberries enhance your ability to absorb more information. I'v learned alot so it must be working

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I was very impressed with his knowledge and time he took explaining , even simpler things , like a basic chick stock recipe that I never knew how to make and now I do, I cannot wait for the next class I can go to

The atmosphere was: Entertaining, and fun, nice night out for myself and my mom

Complexity of the information provided: I cannot wait to try out the recipes, and yes even the fish sauce!!!!!!!!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I went there without dinner and thought I would have to go to dinner after, My mistake, everything was magnificent and plentiful, I left stuffed!

The Skills that you learn were: I learned about products that are out of the norm, that I would not know about or get, that I will now buy and use

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre has an amazing personality, so it makes the class very entertaining and informative.

The atmosphere was: As this was my first time for the demostration class I didn't know what to expect, however my expectation for the atmospher was enjoyable.

Complexity of the information provided: If you are the cooking person that doesn't measure and cooks to taste this is a very easy class.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I really enjoyed the shrimp rolls and peanut sauce.

The Skills that you learn were: I had never made any Thai food before and now I plan to make some dishes!!

Would you come back: I am a gadget person, so I really enjoyed the class and the cooking utensils that were used so I ended up purchasing the best utensils.

My only suggestion would be to mention in the confirmation email that many participants bring their own wine. This was my first class so I did not know to bring anything. It would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine with the meal as many of the other participants were doing.

Complexity of the information provided: I took a lot of notes. It may be easier if the written recipies included the brand names that the chef prefers.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was a little bland for my taste. I suspect that it could be prepared a little spicier but perhaps the chef did not wish to make it too spicy as some of the participants may not like spicy.

The Skills that you learn were: I thought that the setup of the class was perfect for the presentations. The chef's assistants were very efficient in distributing the food and collecting the used dishes.

Would you come back: The class was lively and fun. I will return for a future class.

The chef is entertaining and knowledgeable and that made it worth while, but it would be nice if the classes were more tailored around people who actually love to cook. also, let people know in advance that they may bring wine to the class...

The Instructor (Chef) was?: the majority of the group in this class were seniors who talked throughout the lesson. It appeared that the chef was unhappy with them (rightfully so) and as such it seemed like he did not give a stellar performance.

The atmosphere was: Wish I had known in advance that we could bring a bottle of wine to the class. Almost the entire group that was there that night were seniors who were not actually interested in learning but rather were just out for an evening of yapping and entertaining themselves at the expense of the other students.

Complexity of the information provided: My fiance is Korean and we cook Asian 2 to 3 times a week at home. The lesson was good, but nothing that I had not already tried myself.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: the chef's interpretations of these Thai classics was very tasty, but they needed a little more "spice" to really bring them to life.. He even said that he normally uses more spice, but that he needed to accommodate the fragile stomaches of the mostly older crowd in the class.

The Skills that you learn were: Like I wrote earlier, I already cook a lot of Thai & Korean meals at home, so I am very well versed in the methods of Asian flavoring & cooking.

Would you come back: All in all, it was an enjoyable evening, but the 'older' crowd (60+) that filled the room definitely took away from the experience. They were not there to learn and they obviously had no real interest in Asian cooking.. it's as if they just signed up for a night out, no matter what the evenings lesson was. it's a real shame since Asian cooking can be so much fun when the crowd is truly into the experience.
