Would you come back: I love Chef Jean-Pierre's humor and easy going way of running the class. Interjecting questions wasn't a problem, and I learned some really useful cooking tips. I fully intend to try the recipes that we saw demonstrated. I really liked that tomato sauce and the salmon/couscous/sauce. I lked that you gave good advice on where to buy seafood, noodles and spices.
