Thank you very much, Chef. I have been cooking for 40 years, but seldom anything other than what my family taught me. In other words, plain cooking. I can't wait to do some of your recipes for Thanksgiving dinner. I am definitly going to attend some more classes. It was nice to get some different recipes for Thanksgiving and ones that are not to complicated. I will try most of the recipes for this years meal.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The mushroom Brie pudding was excellent. Hopefully when I make it at home it will taste as good.

I have changed my Thanskgving menu to include the Stuffing recipe. carving the turkey breast off of the bone was new and so much ewasier than the way I've carved in the past. "Great Idea". The cookies were good awesome.

The atmosphere was: Some time the "where can you get that Pot" gets alittle old. If you don't have a good time at the cooking classes, you have just wasted $55!!!

Complexity of the information provided: It never ceases to amaze me how simple Chef Jean Peirre makes things look to prepare. It really wants you to go home and try the recipes.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre always seems to have as much fun as the audience/students.

The atmosphere was: I was in the class with the bunch of wild and crazy friends with Leann of the school in the front row. I got caught up in their mood and got a kick out of the m.

Complexity of the information provided: Jean Pierre always makes the recipes look easy.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We liked the soup and the savory custard the best.

The Skills that you learn were: I like the Chef's tips best.

This class was great! It got me over the fear of making this meal and prevented me from putting all the cooking off until thanksgiving day. My cranberry sauce is done and came out prefectly....turkey necks are in the frig waiting for beef stock and to be turned into gravy...would have made custards but was afraid they would be eaten before thursday...thanks for the great class

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: love the choices on this question...yes food was succulent as in (1) juicy and (2) full of interest, vigor...i think that the second meaning of that adj. could be used for the whole class ...interesting that only the food question has such a precise choice instead of just "very good"

Other than having to wait a long time to eat (torture) I really thought everything was excellent.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef is always entertaiing and he is always in a great mood and makes the class a lot of fun.

The atmosphere was: Some of the class members were a little disruptive and continued talking non-stop which made it difficult to hear the chef speaking

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were not simple but also not overly complex. They were definitely things that a non-professional could make and I appreciated that.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was superbe, as always. I've never had a dish I didn't care for. The wild mushroom and brie pudding was amazing.

The Skills that you learn were: I really appreciated how the chef showed the class how to PRESENT the turkey and how to trim it. That was extremely helpful.

Would you come back: I invited a friend from work and she had a great time with her husband and now they want to take additional classes.

As usual had a great time, the food was yummy and plentiful. The dessert was great and really enjoyed those delicious chocolate chip cookies.

My first thought when I awoke this morning was how delightful your class was last night. It was not only informative but I think it was the best meal I've had in years. My poor sister-in-law will have a hard time meeting my Thanksgiving expectations this year! I look forward to many more classes since this was my first one.

I think you have a great product and by the attendance of your classes it appears to be a great success. I think Chris is an integral part of how well everything comes off. He makes it seemless and I hope you pay him well! He's worth it.
