The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef is always entertaiing and he is always in a great mood and makes the class a lot of fun.
The atmosphere was: Some of the class members were a little disruptive and continued talking non-stop which made it difficult to hear the chef speaking
Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were not simple but also not overly complex. They were definitely things that a non-professional could make and I appreciated that.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was superbe, as always. I've never had a dish I didn't care for. The wild mushroom and brie pudding was amazing.
The Skills that you learn were: I really appreciated how the chef showed the class how to PRESENT the turkey and how to trim it. That was extremely helpful.
Would you come back: I invited a friend from work and she had a great time with her husband and now they want to take additional classes.
