Would you come back: My spouse and some friends attended your class, "The Perfect Paella" and it was just that, Perfect. The appetizer, the main course and the dessert were all spectacular. My wife is not much into cooking, however even she enjoyed the class. We will definitely be attending another class.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The shrimp appetizer, paella and crema catalana were AMAZING... very flavorful and like nothing I've ever tasted before! Loved the flavor of the brined pork tenderloin, a first for me and now I wouldn't want it any other way.

The Skills that you learn were: Will definitely learn how to brine! Chef JP explained well and made it look easy enough that I could make this meal on my own at home.

Give bigger portions. Everything was so good I wanted to eat another whole dish full. I think you should change the word at the bottom of the survey from Submit to Submerge.

Would you come back: We were the people that drove down from Boynton Beach. It was well worth the drive.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The appetizer was amazing! Exactly as Chief Jean Pierre promised – one of the best in my life! Paella was good for me since I am not really a meat eater, but those who love meat should enjoy a recipe a lot. And of course the desert! – amazing, light, unusual. I had a great meal and a lot of fun! Thank you!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Pierre has a charming personality, good sense of humor and made everyone feel at ease.

The atmosphere was: The class was the most fun I've had in a while. Enjoyed it very much! Everyone was laughing and having a good time.

Complexity of the information provided: The presentation and preparation of the food made it easy for you to feel you could attempt to prepare it at home for your own family.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The "Valenciana Paella" was marvelous;very moist and tasty. Still remembered the taste of the "Gambas Al Ajillo" all the way home!

The Skills that you learn were: We learned that even the most difficult receipe can be tackled with ease, as long as you have the proper tools & ingredients before you begin..

Would you come back: Yes!!! My daughter-in-law and I are planning the next class already in the very near future. It was definitely a great evening!

To be honest for me everything was perfect,the Food,The atmosphere,the menu,not any if....

The only thing I could think of is having the seats in a stadium fashion. Sort of each row on a higher step for better view. I know is hard.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Always incredibly funny and entertaining.

The Skills that you learn were: I always get something new, I didn't know or didn't think about before.

Would you come back: I love Chef JP's classes. The concept is incredible and I keep recommending people to try it. It's always fun, relaxing, and educational.

I would like to remind Chef that he promised to email the class his brining information that he decided to do with the pork tenderloin for the Paella at the last minute. The pork was wonderful and he should most definitely continue this winning formula! I look forward to receiving his brining recipe soon!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef was very entertaining and he was superrrrbe! Bradley was very sweet!

There is not anything you could do to improve my experience, well maybe one thing ...... When you have perfection why look any where else!!!!
