Complexity of the information provided: It is obvious that Eric has earned his title as Master Sommelier. I feel that, for this class, he could have focused more on the wine being served and not go so much into the broader information for each region, such as geography. Understanding climate, bottling process, nose of each wine was quite helpful. We are familiar with Napa and it's wines but did not know so much about French wines.
