Not having to balance plates on our laps but that cannot be helped.

Complexity of the information provided: It is obvious that Eric has earned his title as Master Sommelier. I feel that, for this class, he could have focused more on the wine being served and not go so much into the broader information for each region, such as geography. Understanding climate, bottling process, nose of each wine was quite helpful. We are familiar with Napa and it's wines but did not know so much about French wines.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Wow, that chocolate mousse!

Would you come back: Coming back for Cooking 101. I have a feeling Jean-Pierre's is going to be my second cooking "home".

A bit more room where the actual class being help would help in serving the food and wine.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Very personable and funny.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Food was awesome and the wine's were matched perfectly. Excellent assortment of French wines.
