The Instructor (Chef) was?: It's always a pleasure to listen to someone speak, who is extremely passionate about their subject. I was engaged and very interested in everything Eric had to share.

The atmosphere was: It was a very fun and laid-back night.

Complexity of the information provided: Eric did a great job of simplifying a lot of information for the common person to understand. Sometimes industry professionals forget they "speak another language," but Eric's approach was perfect.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Really enjoyed all the quality wines provided.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was great!!!! very friendly!!!!

The atmosphere was: My husband and I had a great time, the atmosphere although it was a large group was romantic and lots of fun!

Complexity of the information provided: It was a wine class, the recipes we had were delicious!! and the wines where perfect with the meal.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Best meal we have had.

I love the wine and food classes!!! I will keep coming back!

Complexity of the information provided: no recipes offered...as a wine and food class. However I made a suggestion that Chef should offer a class the next day or week to cook all the foods that we enjoyed at the wine and food class. maybe offer a deal if you sign up for both classes!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: scallops with polenta and tomato coulis were to die for!!!
