Still think you could use desks so there is less of a balancing act with the wine, writing and food.

The Skills that you learn were: I made the mushroom/brie pudding the next day. It turned out great - I made in it one big pan. Delicious but not as pretty. I'm going to use a muffin tin when I made it for Thanksgiving.
