Recipes are not always written correctly and the way they are done in class. Although Chef JP knows what he is doing it is hard to follow once you are home unless you make a lot of detailed notes while in class. We do cook at home and try to learn things in classs that we will later prepare for ourselves. We are still waiting for the Creme Anglaise (was used with the chocolate cake) recipe JP was going to e-mail to us. The web site said it would be cherries and Grand Marnier sauce. What happened to that? We love the class and the whole concept...browse the shop..bring your own wine..would just like more time to talk to JP and pose more questions about recipes, technique,etc. as we come to actually learn and discuss, not just to eat JP's wonderful food.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is always entertaining. He does a great job conducting the classes. Complexity of the information provided: Please don't dumb it down further. We come to learn..ie., packaged pie crust..would like to learn to make my own and looked forward to seeing you do your own. You are right about bread crumbs and maybe we should make our own crust, too! Would you come back: Would also like to be notified in advance when Angelo will be scheduled next Fall. But JP's knowledge and personality are very important to the class. Would love to come for more of his classes.

When I got, as my Christmas present , 4 classes with Chef Jean-Pierre, form my husband I did not know what I was going to get into. I like cooking...and I knew I wanted to learn how to cook better or with a "gourmet" touch. With only two classes taken, I can say I have learned a lot of things and a lot of tips! I canīt stop talking to my friends about my incredible classes and also they think I am a "Top Chef", ja ja... I love cooking know more and I know there are many things I will learn in the future. Itīs the best time ever and I canīt wait to continue learning from the best chef ever... Thank you Chef Jean-Pierre! and Thanks to my husband for the best gift ever!

I typically do not complete surveys but this is one time we just had too. The class highly exceeded all our expectations. The food was delicious, the chef was fun and quite entertaining. Overall we picked up some great cooking techniques and ideas while having a splendid time. We've told all our friends and family about our great experience and we will definitely return soon!! Thanks again for everything!
