With basic sauces, you can raise any entree to a higher leave. The Cookies also pretty good!

We both hope to attend future classes. As the economy allows, of course. Chef was very generous with his recipes and advice. From my experience, through cooking shows and many chefs' cookbooks, that is not always the case. See you again!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef was easy to follow and he took the time to answer all questions. The Skills that you learn were: My boyfriend (who also attended) and I cook a lot, yet we both picked up many great tips we hadn't yet figured out. Would you come back: We showed up on the perfect night, as a fellow classmate brought his delicious chocolate cookies, recipe and all!

I really enjoyed learning in an environment of lively interchange. The recipes were varied and interesting and I loved sampling the final product! I feel that I now have a good understanding of the basics and I can feel confident enough to explore on my own. Thanks!

Complexity of the information provided: I thought it gave me ideas as to how to expand on the basics. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The one sauce that I thought wasn't as good as anticipated was the Mornay. I'm glad I found other sauces with more intense flavor. Mornay's too fattening anyway - I'm lucky I didn't love it.. The Skills that you learn were: Chef answered a lot of questions and I found that helpful. Would you come back: Great class.

This class is a must for anyone who enjoy cooking! I learned so much in 3 hours. The time flew by to quickly. I can't wait to make all the sauces at home and try them on my family. So often my wife complains that we have the same boring food but she won't no more. My freezer will be filled with the basic sauces. Can't wait to take my next class.
