My daughter-in-law and I have been to class a few times and everytime we go we leave with a smile on our faces. Thanks, Chef, we'll be back again.

Excellent venue for learning. I would like to have been able to help prepare some of the dishes at the session with the chef overseeing everything. I didn't know what to expect - we enrolled as a group of 6 and I live out of town. It was great fun. Of my 5 friends, I am the least experienced in the kitchen. The recipes were difficult for a "beginner".

I purchased my 25 pound turkey on Wednesday and cooked my gravy and put it in the freezer with the carrot/sweet potatoe casserole. Tonight I will prepare my soup. I have even checked the batteries on my temperature probe. Thanks for a wonderful class and getting me energized to start preparing my meal.

As usual, it's a wonderful way to spend 3 hours and eat like a king. He prepared the BEST stuffing I've ever eaten.

The Skills that you learn were: Chef JP's demonstration on the proper way to carve the turkey alone was worth the price of admisssion.

Jean Pierre even though you thought the dessert wasn't acceptable I think it was delicious and I would definitely make it for my family. You are the best even when things don't come out perfect which is very rare.
