We've been to so many classes we've got to the point where we go to class as much to have a dinner (& evening) out as we do to learn something new.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Nothin new here. Even when the food is only fabulous, the entertainmenty is always great.

The atmosphere was: The chef sets the tone.

Complexity of the information provided: Anyone with a little bit of experience could handle most of these.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: People should be very thankful to have a meal this delicious.

The Skills that you learn were: Wife & I new how to prepare most if not all of the recipes, but we've been coming to class for many years.

Would you come back: Yes we did, like we always do.

Such a great way to spend an evening. I always have fun. I always learn something new, and I always go home happy! Bravo Chef!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef is the best! So much fun...always in a good mood...and very willing to share his tips, tricks, and secrets...well, maybe only a few of the secrets!

The atmosphere was: I think Fun is a higher rating than Cheerful.

Complexity of the information provided: I would say average to complex. I mean, really...I know you think the gravy is easy...but it's really not...from the standpoint of the time and the number of steps...And not that I would say it's hard...but it's not quite easy!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Everything was really good! Loved the stuffing and the soup in particular.

The Skills that you learn were: I've learned a lot from Chef...things that I use consciously every time I cook. With this class in particular, the carving of the turkey is unbelievably useful. Having learned this a few years ago, I've used it at home on a couple of Thanksgivings, and it is full proof and easy! The best part is that all the men in the house start going nuts telling me I can't possibly carve a turkey that way and that I don't know what I'm doing! Literally trying to take the knife away so they can they can take over and do it "right!" I pretty much have to beat them back with sticks....and then, when I get done...they can't believe it...and are sooo impressed! The problem is I don't think they can stand watching the "girl" carve the turkey!

The atmosphere was: Since it was my first class, I didn't know what to expect. I was very comfortable and relaxed.

I especially enjoyed how J-P handled real-kitchen situations like forgetting ingredients, etc.. The class was fantastic and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

My favorite dish of the evening was the stuffing. There were far less ingredients than the recipe I have used in the past AND it tastes just as good.

I am not interested in a prolonged agonizing survey. I will just tell you I have done a very upscale Thanksgiving dinner for 20plus people for the past 15 years. Chef J-P's class was entertaining and great, the choices and diversity of flavors was well worth my time and I am glad I was able to attend. Chef J-P will now be at dinner with us!!!

While this was a great class, the crowd was a little more rowdy than usual. An unfortunate, surly woman in the front row put a temporary damper on the mood of the room, but Chef handled her with grace and class. I always enjoy the fun and great recipes!

As a woman, I would not hesitate to attend the class alone. This was a wonderful learning experience ,without being bored. I attended the class with Gary Genovese and my daughter. They highly recommended it and now I can understand why. Thank You.
